Assets & planned maintenance · Live in OpsChase

Every asset on a service schedule, every service closed with proof.

List the equipment, plant and fittings at each site, set how often each one is serviced, and OpsChase raises the job when it is due. Your own team or a contractor does the work, and the record stays on the asset.

How assets and maintenance work

One register for every site

Record each asset against its site and area, with make, model, serial number, install date, warranty and the manufacturer’s manuals. One site or many, the register looks the same.

Service schedules that raise the job

Set a service interval per asset or per group, such as monthly, quarterly or yearly. When a service falls due, OpsChase creates the job and assigns it to whoever usually does that work.

History on the asset, not in an inbox

Every repair and service stays on the asset’s record with photos, checklists and certificates, so the next person can see what was done, when and by whom.

Your team or your contractors

Give a service to your own technician in the OpsChase app, or send it to a contractor in OpsChase. Either way you see when it is confirmed and attended, and the job closes only with the proof you require.

Works on its own or with the rest

Assets questions, answered

Can we use assets and maintenance on their own?
Yes. Switch on assets and planned maintenance by itself, then add rosters, compliance or contractors later on the same login.
How do we get our existing assets in?
Import your list from a spreadsheet, or add assets as you go. We help you set up the register and service intervals when you book a demo.
What proof can a service require?
Photos, a checklist, a signature or a certificate, set per asset type. The job can’t close until the proof you require is attached.
How is it priced?
OpsChase is priced per site, from A$79 per site / month, and a site can be a depot or base. Book a demo or talk to us for an exact quote.
