How compliance works
Documents on file
Licences, insurance, inductions and certificates sit on file for each staff member and each contractor firm, with the document attached. The team can check them before booking anyone.
Sign-in and sign-out on site
People sign in when they arrive at a site and sign out when they leave. Each visit is kept against the site and the job, so you can see who was on site and for how long.
Permits on the job
Attach the permit or method statement a job needs, such as a hot work or height permit, so it sits on the job record with the rest of the work.
Sign-off records
Every job closes with the proof you ask for: photos, a checklist, a signature or a certificate. Who signed it off, and when, stays on the record.
